From start to finish, a great experience working with them. Great customer service all around. So happy with the finished product.
I used Gem Stove for woodstove/chimney cleaning and whenever I have questions about these types of things. This year, some of the cement around the stovepipe (not their work) came off and I called them to find out what type of cement I would use, planning on doing it myself. They came out and replaced it for me, and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them.
These guys do very beautiful work and the guys that do the installs and cleanings are very polite and professional. The people in the office are helpful and knowledgeable about any questions you have about your stoves.
Friend helpful people, highly recommend for stove purchase and or maintenance.
