This is our second time working with Chuck and his team. We had the original Trimlights for 10 yrs on our house and wanted to upgrade. He was able to use the current channel, reducing our costs and his team replaced the lights in one day. They did an amazing job and their work managing the wiring was some of the best I have seen. I have referred several people to Chuck over the years and will continue to recommend him.
We had Trimlight install lights on our house quite a few years ago and have added more because they are so beautiful and very convenient. The folks from Trimlight have always done a terrific job and we're great explaining everything to us. We now enjoy 3 other houses on our block from neighbors we convinced to also put up lights. I'm very thankful that now we don't have to get on a ladder to put up and take down lights for the holidays.
Great prices and excellent customer service. Their warranty is lifetime. If lights go out after a storm, they will come out and fix at no cost. Chuck and his team are a pleasure to work with. We’ve had the lighting for four years now and are still extremely happy!!
We used this company to install exterior holiday lighting for our home. As we are now a few years post install, I wanted to write a review commending Gem for their customer service/warranty coverage. We have only had a few issues with lights malfunctioning after storms, but each time they have come out and fixed the problem free of charge (and promptly!). Awesome local company, lights look great.
When we bought our new home Sept of 2021, we added Trimlights. No more going on the roof. Gem State Trimlights were great to work with. On time, professional and stand behind their stuff. My neighbors have added them to their home. We had a control board fail this last fall and all covered under a lifetime warranty. So if you're tired of putting up lights...give them a call.
