We bought a home with the lights already installed and Can not get them to show up for service or enemy return call!
We had trim lights installed on our recently purchased home, and I cannot thank Jessie and his team enough. Not only were they professional, kind, and timely, they were also highly detail oriented. Our lights were installed in a clean and organized manner. They were thorough with me on what to expect, and also very knowledgeable in educating me on our new system. I recently purchased a home in Star, ID with Trimlight installed by the previous owner. Despite my best efforts, I wasn't able to make it work. I called Jessi at Gem State Trimlight and he promised to call me back that evening. Jessi called me back as promised and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly over the phone. Gem state Trimlight, did an absolutely amazing job! What I love about them is that almost cannot see the lighting set up, but at night WOW! Jess and his team was fantastic as well!
This is our second time working with Chuck and his team. We had the original Trimlights for 10 yrs on our house and wanted to upgrade. He was able to use the current channel, reducing our costs and his team replaced the lights in one day. They did an amazing job and their work managing the wiring was some of the best I have seen. I have referred several people to Chuck over the years and will continue to recommend him.
