I can't say enough about the service and support I received from Jeff at Gem State. His office is quiet and professional. I was anxious about getting hearing aids for the first time and Jeff made it easy. He was also knowledgeable about the hearing aids and gave me helpful tips for managing them. I highly recommend scheduling with Jeff for your hearing evaluations and hearing aid units. In my case, the hearing aids were in partnership with Hear.com -- who themselves were exceptional.
Jeff, at Gem State Hearing was quite courteous, helpful and knows his business. I learned a lot about my hearing loss and the value of the hearing aids. Plus, how to use and maintain them. Valuable time.
