We are in the process of a cross-country move and will be living in our RV for a few months. We were given Gem State Generators as a referral from our RV repair technician. Kile (son of owner John) was informative and provided amazing customer service. My motorhome generator had not been used in the past couple years so he provided information on how to prevent problems in the future and running it for 1-2 hours monthly with a load on it. The mobile service call, generator maintenance (oil change) and information on how to care for my mobile generators was over-the-top service!!!! These guys are awesome. I had a camper generator giving me fits and John got it going only to have it stop working a week later. I called and they came out and got it going again and the issue was probably my own with some bad gas in the line but they stood behind their work and got me fixed up with no extra charges. Highly recommend.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing incredible service from Gem State Generators and I can't praise them enough! This family owned and operated company is amazing. Jon and Kyle know their stuff. From the first phone call I knew I was dealing with professionals who genuinely cared about my issues. What an incredibly kind, professional knowledgeable, family company! Boise needs more of this type of service.
