I recently had the pleasure of experiencing incredible service from Gem State Generators and I can't praise them enough! This family owned and operated company is amazing. What an incredibly kind, professional knowledgeable, family company! Boise needs more of this type of service. Kyle was so sweet and courteous and took the time to explain how to operate and prevent any future issues with my generator which I was clueless about. They did a great job on our RV generator. Originally took it somewhere else where the issue was misdiagnosed, wish I knew of Gem State Generators earlier. Moving forward, they'll get any of our future needs first.
