What a great father and son business. Had John out several years ago for a small Honda generator issue. He did a great job so I called them again for an issue with the Onan generator in my RV. Kyle came out and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem with the full system then tested the operation and electrical output to make sure it was all in-spec.. The generator in my motorhome was having lots of issues and wouldn't keep running going down highway making the interior really unpleasant on hot summer days. John and Kyle went out of there way to get it fixed before I had to leave town. I HIGHLY recommend them.
We are in the process of a cross-country move and will be living in our RV for a few months. We were given Gem State Generators as a referral from our RV repair technician. Kile (son of owner John) was informative and provided amazing customer service. My motorhome generator had not been used in the past couple years so he provided information on how to prevent problems in the future and running it for 1-2 hours monthly with a load on it. The mobile service call, generator maintenance (oil change) and information on how to care for my mobile generators was over-the-top service!!!!
