Yolanda and Carol are the best. They have taken care of our biz building for several years. And that is a real challenge as we have outgrown our space many times over and have stuff in every corner. Always cheerful and agreeable, we look forward to our handmade Christmas surprise gift every year!

Carol and now John at Gem State have cleaned our offices for over 7 years. They always do a great job. Nice to not have to worry about it, coming in in the morning to the clean office is always a pleasant surprise.
Great to work with. They clean bathrooms used by over 150 construction workers as well as our offices. Does a great and thorough job! Very accommodating, anytime we need to ask for an additional add, the response is always, 'Yea, no problem."
