Saw one of their drivers driving at 70mph, one handed whilst texting on his mobile phone. Van reg was FD71 EAK. Three days ago I reported it to the company and asked.them to call me to discuss what is witnessed which also included the driver tailgating at speed. So far the company has not returned my call which suggests they feel that this behaviour is acceptable. Gem install of solar panels was quick and precise.Both engineers were very knowledgeable about the their trade and very obliging in general doing a very tidy job with no mess. They are a credit to the company
We had our SolarEdge PV system installed back in 2015 by GEM and were very happy with both the sales and installation process. One factor which appealed to us, they are electrical contractors not only solar installers. We recently had a small issue with the monitoring app for the panels and they are still in business to help us, it was quickly taken care of remotely.

Extremely good service from GEM all round. Installation was seamless from start the finish. Estimated the install would take a full 3 days but was finished by noon on the last day. The quotation was a fair price, and the best equipment was advised for the size of the solar system we required. (SolarEdge) We also had replacement LED lights fitted on a Saturday when our offices were closed. This also was pain free. Would 100% recommend GEM to any other business requiring a large solar system and replacement LED lighting.
