A mix up with my booking was sorted out quickly by Kelly, and the job was done within a week. Lathaniel was brilliant…efficient, polite and enthusiastic. Gem are lucky to have him.

We recently used Gem Solutions to fix a toilet issue. Brandon, the plumber, was very efficient and did a first class job. Max and Matt, on customer service, were excellent as well. We highly recommend them.
Kelly, Matt and all team are excellent here. I used to use Bath Property Maintenance but GEM are literally one thousand times better. GEM are very efficient, proactive and dedicated people. All jobs done on time, very well and on budget.
The flat we recently bought required some major decoration, plumbing, and other home improvement work. One of my colleagues recommended Gem Solutions, and I must say, we had the best experience with them. Besides the bath and toilets being completely renovated, the boiler was also checked, and a new washer/dryer and a dishwasher were properly installed in the kitchen.
