I had the backlight on my 86” LG TV replaced by GEM Services, and I couldn’t be happier. Other repair shops wouldn’t touch a TV this size due to the risk of cracking the LCD panel, but GEM Services handled it with confidence. They picked up and delivered the TV, fixed it perfectly, and charged a fair price. The picture looks even better now! Max and Eddie were professional, transparent, and honest. I highly recommend GEM Services for any TV repairs—don’t bother calling anyone else!

GEM Services is defiantly the place to go if you need a TV repair. We previously used them to repair a TV and they were Very fair, Honest, and Reasonable! So we had another TV that we were ready to throw away, but remembered about GEM services....thank goodness we did. We called Eddie and explained the problem and he said to bring it in, and at NO cost would check it out.....who even does that these days.
