I had the most amazing facial with Lauren. From the moment I walked in, I loved the ambiance of the spa. The experience was so relaxing and thoughtfully done. I mentioned that I had eczema, that my skin was highly sensitive and Lauren made sure to check in throughout the facial. I came in because I had really bad breakouts on my face and it was really stressful. I’m so glad I came in and met Lauren. She helped my face recover and was so informative on how to take care of my skin. I highly recommend Gem & Rose Beauty and especially Lauren❤️
Absolutely terrible experience — avoid this place at all costs. They are completely non-transparent about their policies, keep your deposit, and then try to charge additional fees for a “no-show,” even while admitting they are charging you on the spot. Extremely unprofessional. My account was blocked over a single missed appointment. Lauren, who did my first treatment, gave me her personal number with no communication boundaries, then chose to stop responding altogether. Absolutely Incredible Aesthetician & Makeup Services! Cannot say enough great things about Jayme! I came into the spa for a facial and dermaplaning with Jayme a few days before my wedding — so relaxing and pampering! She made sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time.
