As other reviews state, these guys seem to drive around town like they are the only ones on the road. This morning an older gentleman with white hair completely blew the stop sign on Baldwin/Orange Grove when it was my turn. I’m not even sure if he applied his brakes, keep in mind this is during the busiest hours of the morning. If his plumbing skills are anything like his driving skills I’d stay far away. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY . OWNER MARK DRIVING HIS TRUCK WAS ON A SOLID WHITE LINE AND CUT ME OFF,HE DIDNF EVEN SIGNAL. HE CHASED MY CAR DOWN THE ROAD ONTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC AND WAS SWERVING ME OFF. CRAZY EGO AND ANGER ISSUES. WANTED TO BLAME ME FOR NOT LETTING THEM THROUGH ON A SOLID WHITE LINE
On to the next company. I put in a request for a quote on a prefab shower plus tankless water heater installation and haven’t heard anything back… oh well, i guess they really don’t need the business.
Horribly unprofessional beyond anything I’ve seen. Walked off a job leaving a potential safety issue with no notification to the occupant. Malfunctioning heater left unfixed. See pictures: told me that this was just dirty walls; after shining a spotlight in my face unnecessarily blinding me, pretending not to see what is in these pics. (Edited to add the so cal gas red tag that occurred upon subsequent inspection - I asked carbon monoxide possible? Mark said “No”! He was dangerously wrong)
**Most recent review 2025** We needed a repair of a water spigot in our backyard. Carlos came out and told us that it was completely corroded and needed to be replaced. After a lot of investigating of where the actual leak was, he did a masterful job cutting off the leak and installing brand new piping.
