No heat ,no hot water, called gem ,came at last possible second of time frame given.tech came in with co2 meter. says Co2 is way to high on a system that hadn't run in approx 8 hour.calls his boss and recommends replacement because of age of boiler (12yrs).pay my 149 dollars and he leaves..I then called RCLmechanical.the cane diagnosed the issue .I had heat in 5 minutes .THE ISSUE GEM MISSED the intake shroud had slipped down on mount .in short Gem sucks and I had to pay 149 dollars to find that out
I called for an stimate the came and never send me the email with the stimate.
