Booked a reservation to fix a clogged toilet. They gave me a window between noon and 4pm. At 3:30pm I called to check if they were going to arrive and they told me they had no record I had called. When they asked if they could reschedule I said no I would use someone else and before I finished sentence they had hung up already. Advice: change out whoever you are using to take/make appointments!
