Have called the company 3 times over the course of a month asking to speak with a manager regarding air conditioning problems from a $50,000 new air condition installation job they did a few years under Victory. They came out to fix ago it in August, September and now October. Each time costing me more money and only resolving the issue for a few weeks. Do not bother with this company. Took months to get my furnace and water heater inspections. Then they came and only sent the furnace guy and not the plumber to look at the water heater, that was really my only issue. I had just had my furnace inspected in Sept for $300. But they said since it was free that they might as well do it again. Tech was very nice but handed me a quote for $700 for a furnace part. BEWARE!!!! Ryan sold us a new boiler. Ryan and the installers told us that Gem Plumbing would take care of the paperwork to get us the $500 rebate from RI Energy. I had to call twice to get to find out that we did not buy a high-efficiency boiler and did not qualify. Unprofessional condescending maliciously compliant gaslighting technicians focused on up selling unnecessary work and annual memberships. I've had multiple service requests with dispatch fees where the main issue was not addressed or failed within a week or caused another issue within the system. I have had to replace drywall, repair, and repaint the walls around the system, because they have a handyman service who can fix it for a fee.
