GEM employee Edgar wrote me up a contract to have both my gas furnace and gas hot water tank replaced. Edgar advised me that the furnace would be a Carrier unit which I was familiar with their quality so I agreed to the purchase and signed the contract. The next day the team showed up as promised and proceeded to remove both units.
