What a great experience! Henry his wife and staff are amazing! Bought two beautiful pieces. Customer service is outstanding emailed when I got home about some paperwork I needed and Henry responded right away and emailed what I needed within 24 hours! Their warranty and guarantee is also amazing Thank you! Stop by if you are in Juneau you won’t be disappointed.
I got the prettiest necklace, ring, and earrings while traveling to Alaska! Had an issue with one piece and Hemant/ Henry made it right even when I got back home. I am so happy with my purchase and the quick turn around! He also was able to get it sized when I was there which was a win I couldn’t be more happy with my pieces thank you for being a honest and negotiating so I could get all the pieces I wanted!
