I've been here a few times to have my fingernails and toenails trimmed. Can't do it for myself anymore because of my disability (MS). Went there today and the tech actually drew blood because she wasn't paying attention and then started spraying it with some chemical like that was going to stop the bleeding. Yes it stung like hell. They apologized profusely but I can't trust them to trim my nails for me anymore

I came in to remove gel I had on my nails and I am honestly so mad. She really did a number in my nails. My nails have never been so weak and thin. All my nails had the little blood stripes underneath it and keeps bending. Keeping in mind that i have super strong and thick nails. She was super rough with my hands and still had gel left here and there. My nails are shoer damaged now and hoping it grows out like they used to be. Avoid "Lena" if you can. Not a very good or thorough pedicure (didn't scrape the sides of my toenail beds and didn't do a very good job of trimming off the dead skin). Nails filed much shorter than I would have liked (My toes look like nubs). Paint job not smooth (uneven a super patchy). Ask for manicure pedicure combo but after seeing the job she did on my toes I just asked for clear nail polish on my fingers. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! The man that works there is VERY disrespectful!! Refused to fix my nails after making them crooked and telling me fingers are just that way and that he didn’t do a poor job! Raised his voice at me after I asked him to fix it over and over. Said this was him “doing his best.” A total disgrace to nail salons. They should be put out of business. I have been coming in to this location from while back. Hana would do my nails and she was very good with nails designs, very detailed oriented and friendly. They also do waxing and pedicure. Sometimes service is good and sometimes not so much, so it’s hit and miss sometimes. Van is pretty good with pedicures most of the time but does not seem to speak much English so it’s hard to communicate sometimes.
