I used to go to this nail salon and was happy with them, but the last few times when I booked appointments they either made me wait for so long or changed my appointment and they’re so unprofessional that every time I walked in no one greeted me and non one even talked to me for me to ask them how long it’ll take before the person I made an appointment with is going to be available. I’ve been going to the same nail salon for two years now, and Hannah has been my go-to nail tech from day one. Every visit is such a treat - she’s efficient, friendly, and always makes me feel welcome. No matter what design I bring in, she executes it perfectly every time. Her attention to detail and consistency keep me coming back, and I would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking for flawless nails and a great experience.

This was my first time here and I absolutely LOVED it! I have been to a handful of salons around the area but GEM is top notch! Mia did my nails and she did amazing! She asked me questions throughout the whole thing to make sure I was liking my nails instead of assuming! She was kind, patient and so sweet!! All the staff was super warm and welcoming! Definitely recommend 1,000,000%!!!
