The staff at Gem Motors is very helpful and knowledgeable. Our Scion tc purchase process was very smooth with no sales pressure. They were very easy to work with when we requested to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection by our trusted mechanic, and they had all the paperwork needed for titling and registration readily available at the time of purchase.
I pulled up at Gem motors hoping to find a great car and I did. As soon as I pulled up there was a salesman named Yogi and he came right to me and showed me everything I wanted to see and graciously handed me to the keys to the car that I wanted to test drive and told me to I can go anywhere I want to go up into the highway down through the city take as long as I want to see if I really like the car. I wrote a review when I was in the office and felt pressured to do so. But I can write my real review now they sold me a LEMON baby the car ain't last me 3 weeks and the TRANSMISSION went OUT!!!!!!!!! Crazy part is they were not going to sell me the car with the 3months warranty, they finally gave in because I said I was not buying the car unless the transmission warranty was on it!
