Shady/not upfront when it comes to pricing! I was charged $570 ($149 just to get them to my door and the $420 for the diagnosis I never got!) All they did was check 2 sink traps and go into my crawl space for a couple minutes to look around, no work or even a diagnosis!! This was after I was qouted ONLY $149 on the phone told $149 and then if work was needed theyd then talk to me about further pricing. Arrive at specified time resolved the problem and was done within a half hour.
I wish I could give zero stars. Total rip off. Called for an after hours drain cleaning. I knew it would be more than usual but not 6x my usual cost. The tech was dismissive of my comments on how the cleaning had been done in the past and was not particularly pleasant to deal with. I usually pay $300 for a cleaning, he wanted over $1800. When I declined service, he wanted a $200 fee for coming out to look at the job (the dispatcher refused to give any type of ballpark estimate prior to the visit.
