Our technician lead, Chad Rivello, was extremely competent, knowledgable and client-oriented. We are very pleased with the service.
David was terrific solving my urgent HVAC problem. He worked all day and explained the problem, solution, and future proofing steps very thoroughly and clearly. GEM is undoubtedly pricey, but I just accept that’s part of what you pay for to get immediate response and high quality service in a pinch.
Call ahead to let me know they were coming. Courteous service and helpful tips given regarding my system.
