I used Gem for two bathroom projects in one house that had marble countertops, recessed shower boxes, window surrounds, sills, room and shower thresholds. They followed my drawings, made templates without delay, coordinated with the contractor and the plumbing supply company, dealt with changes and sketches sent by email, installed and finished the job without a hitch.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Very uncooperative and difficult to deal with. Would not recommend. This guy has no idea about stone business…. He will take ur money and roll with the punches like he knows. BEWARE.
