From my dealings it was my impression that the gentleman I dealt with was only trying to make money off me. He second guessed the watch band I brought to have placed on my watch as if to insinuate I should buy another one. He charged $15 to adjust another watch band (for literally two minutes of work), and he kept the pins he took out, giving me only the links.
