Our friend built a house next to their development in riverstone. Initially, they agreed on text to pay for fencing contribution and asked to send invoice to their admin email id. We have a copy of text if needed. Been 3 months but they have been dilly dallying..we spoke with the council and they said we should simply lodge a complaint. The contribution is a very small sum. If they have such financial constraints, we wonder if they will be able to service their customers?
