Deepak and his team are absolutely great. My home purchase was absolutely easy. Deepak still gets small fixes around my home done every now and then and is always ready to help. His services are over and above and highly commendable
We have built with Gem Homes. Never had a problem. They know their job and were professional and accomodating. Building house is a big project and we bound to have so issues but everytime, they were responsive and took care of things. Deepak was alway nice to deal with.

We bought a new build through Affinity Property Group (run by Jeet and Gem Homes (run by Deepak). It has been over a year since handover and the majority of serious defects and incomplete works have still not been fixed, despite numerous requests and a professional building report. The workmanship is extremely poor: walls and floors are crooked and warped, kitchen tiles are cracking, and the outdoor areas are already deteriorating.
