Have used them since the beginning to polish, recut, and inlay all sorts of gemstones. Their work has always been top tier and prices clear and concise. Will continue to use them!
I wish I had never done business with these people! I am a local jeweler that contracted them to inlay turquoise and wood in a wedding band I made for a customer. I never outsource work like this and I never will again! The stone Ai Van glued in fell out 8 months later. He charged me several hundred dollars and he would not fix or guarantee his work, or give me any reimbursement.
