Once last year they helped me repair a broken spring and get back to my door operating within a day. This year I had them replace my garage doors and openers. It a very smooth and easy process. Just the right level of help making recommendations not an overbearing sales experience. Very professional, reasonable pricing, prompt service and all around great people.
Had a 5.5 year old builder grade spring system break and could not find anywhere to replace or warranty. Got several estimates for a new system, some for thousands. Called Gem for a quote and theirs was 2/3 less than most others. Prompt, friendly service and our garage door is working great.

Had them out to replace a torsion spring on one of the garage doors and a couple of minor repairs to another two. Finished the job quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t find anyone local so was happy he was willing to come this far South. Definitely recommend
