GEM showed up right on time and did a very professional job. When I asked if needed to replace the spring on the second garage door, he told me to wait until it broke because it could last another 5 years. He replaced the burned out light bulb and tightened the sensor. I couldn’t ask for a more positive experience!
Very professional and responsive. I was struggling to get anyone to help with two broken springs on an oversized door. Gem was here the same day and had everything fixed in about an hour. Their sticker is on my door and I will call them for any overhead door needs.
David arrived quickly and was able to repair my door within an hour! He explained the issue and what steps he would take to ensure the problem was resolved. Appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
Called in around 10:30 am and service was onsite by 1:00 pm SAME DAY! All 3 garage doors were back to working within just a couple of hours and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend
