If you wish to be greeted by a sales lady, who has a customer friendly attitude, ask for Katie at the Alsip, Illinois store. 🤗 As it was always my attempts, each time I passed the store, heading to the Midway Airport, saying that one day, I plan to go in and see all their various lights. Phil was the best. I had a small problem with a cabinet light. He fixed it in a few minutes. What my my wife and I thought was a minor thing. Highly recommend this place. Phil is the best
Outstanding customer service! My husband arrived just as they closed up, caught the service representative walking to his car. They chatted about what was needed and he offered to open shop back up to get the pieces my husband needed. He went back in and got the pieces! That man was so kind to go above and beyond for someone he had never met before. I highly recommend Gem Electric! Thank you, you saved our weekend!
