10/10 would recommend. This was my first time using this company and for anyone else out there trying to figure out which company to use here are the key points of my experience. - Promptly booked my service call in. - Discussed pricing right away, no hidden fees or unexpected bill at the end. - Knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. - Job completed efficiently. - Friendly service from both Office Admin and Service Technician. I will be using there services again.

Mike from Gem Electrical was amazing to work with! Super reliable, showed up on time, and did a really clean, professional job. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He explained everything clearly, made the whole process easy, and left the space spotless when he was done—which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find someone you trust in your home, but Mike made it easy. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling him again!

Called Gem to give us a quote on upgrading our fuse panel. Everything went great. Tim our technician was prompt, professional and did an amazing job. 😊 Before and After pics included. Such a great company to work with.
