Today, when seeking to set up Fall maintenance, the person with whom I spoke claimed to have no records of having worked on our equipment, and had a litany of questions for me. The person talked over me, sought to control me, and would not answer my questions about why the company did not have our service records. I will never hire this company again.

Very pleased with the professionalism from the Gem Team. I inquired about a standby generator and had a visit from Adam who quoted me for the job. Tanya, in the office, followed up with me and helped me through the process. I dealt with Tanya the rest of the way and that was the reason we decided to go with Gem for their services. Dave R

GEM electric performed a professional hvac in my property . They were on time , they went over and above the call of duty. Alecs Reyes and his helper apprentice Marcos Mendoza are highly recommended, by me of course. They’re professionals at what they do . They were very polite and courteous, My house is cool in the summer and heated toasty in the winter. I was caught off guard by how much knowledge Alecs brought to my attention. Again this are professionals at what they do.I’m blessed by GEM Electric.
