All those negative reviews on this company are unfortunately true...
They don't send prescriptions properly, they charge cards after being told to not do so, and it is extremely hard to get ahold of someone from this pharmacy. If you can switch, I highly recommend going elsewhere. Especially in this climate in 2025, no one should be messing with people's medical needs.
This place have the best service by hard working employees with the kind hearted Top management who cares not just about money but to the people around them. thats why its always in the Top Best Place To Work.
When my son first started receiving his diabetic sensors for his dexcom we were very pleased with the service here because we had recently been working with a company called Soalra and it was a nighmare! Worst place ever! But Gem would ship them to us every month without me ever having to call them. It was great! But recently I noticed we were on our last box of sensors so I called them in.
