Worst experience of our lives! There is NO communication you book a phone appointment and they don’t even bother to call. We have been asking and asking for our ledger showing what I’ve paid and they refuse to send it, say they will but never do. Recommend services to “save you money” but it costs you more in hidden fees and renewal costs then what it would have been to just pay it all outright! Especially when everything is in a year contract but it takes them a year to even communicate with you. I would not recommend them ... read more
