We have used this company through MatchMD for several years. Recently, they made a major screw up but refused to take responsibility for their role in the "miscommunication" of instructions. However, our instructions have always been the same, so where the miscommunication came from is upsurd. They have caused our doctor to be called in on the carpet with a major hospital and they refused (after admitting fault in a phone call) to take responsibility. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!
