I have taken my 1970 Singer sewing machine to Gem City four times in 12 years and have had great service every time. Jim is so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He had several suggestions about how to operate my machine better. His service is also very affordable. My dog Dixie loves his homemade doggie treats too! You can't go wrong with Gem City.

my experience with Jim’s service was very good, he is reliable and upfront about how long it will take to get to your machine-he advised me it could be up to a few weeks which gave me an advised choice I was not in a hurry, the work was done sooner, for a reasonable fee and I’m quite happy to do business and recommend him

The only place to bring a tired or broken vacuum... Brilliant and quick! Jim is great, and he's always happy. Parker thanks you for the homemade puppy treats.

The proprietor is so very nice and friendly. Highly knowledgeable as well. Had the part that I needed and I walked out of there with a little scent for my vacuum cleaner as well.
