Ron came out and fixed my trailer tire...he was quick and very professional. He even backed up and put his service truck between me and traffic, so I pick up my triangles
We blew a tire out on our company trailer while pulling a bobcat skid steer and Ron from Gem City Tire out of Sharonville got to us in a timely manner and had the tire changed on the road side within 10 minutes…he was a very upstanding guy and seemed very knowledgeable at his job…would use this service again……he deserves a case of beer…
Not very friendly people. Everyone just seemed angry. I hope their day gets better.
Ron is one of the best guys I’ve dealt with at Gem City, working for csx and having are tires get beat up all the time, I would recommend Ron every time to change our tires. He got the job done quick for us and he did extra steps that I have not seen done before.
Ron showed up very quickly from Cincinnati had it done with in 25 mins
