Had gallbladder removed. From the first appointment to post surgery the entire team was professional and understanding. I thought they were joking when they said we can get you in as early as tomorrow for a non-urgent gallbladder surgery. It was nice not to have to wait weeks worrying about the surgery and just get it over with. The medical team made sure I understood what pain to expect following the surgery and some helpful tips for recovery. Just a great team of professionals.
The doctors and staff here are phenomenal. The staff was friendly and informed me of everything I needed to fill out, the doctors actually listen to your concerns and walk you through your options and truly make you feel validated and heard, and they follow up! I've had no issues getting a hold of the office, in fact, they called me twice to schedule my initial consultation and my follow-up after surgery (gallbladder removal). This staff and surgeons here are top notch. They have returned every phone call, handled all my FMLA and STD paperwork, and did a wonderful job at performing both my her ia surgeries. I highly recommend Dr Lee and the staff here.
The doctors here are nice but Jesus the office staff are rude, catty, condescending. They don't even want you to sit in the lobby for the doctor to get there. Then they hang up on you after being rude to you. And I'm not going to call and complain because nothing will happen. Look elsewhere for surgery services.
