I've had it up to HERE with this storage facility. I have had NUMEROUS issues at this point. I was offered a refund for the portion of days I did not have access to my unit, as well as a "credit" towards my next month, making it so that for this month, my charge would be around $2. Tell me why, when they changed my storage unit (from when they placed me in an OCCUPIED UNIT) and sent me a new lease, which had the INCORRECT rent price, I brought up my concerns yet STILL ended up getting charged ***$58*** for INSURANCE AND NEW ... read more
VERY inconsistent information. There is a systemic issue going on with this storage unit, where the call center is unable to provide solid information and the on site manager does not have access to the maintenance/client website. I was booked to move into the storage unit on Thursday, April 30th. I paid for my unit and signed the lease on the 29th. Wish I could give negative stars. I don’t think this is a real business, it’s a scam. Ordered my unit, spoke with someone on the phone and filled out all info online and payed. Just to get to the unit and it’s locked with a code the facility doesn’t have access to??? Worst business I’ve ever interacted with. Was there for over an hour and a half waiting with my friends on the one day I could move my stuff out of my college house. Absolutely ridiculous. Then they only credit me $25 out of the $60 I paid…
Great customer service and wonderfully kind maintenence gentleman at the facility. Easy to get assistance when needed.
POOR communication and fraudulent billing. I rented 2 units for my daughter and she only had need of one unit. We both have tried for over a week to get resolution to this problem with absolutely no help from this company. Out of 8 phone calls to them in one week, only one has been returned from the supposed site Manager who said nothing could be done and we would have to continue to pay for 2 units because of "a problem with their system" or have to completely move into another unit which isn't feasible.
