Great customer service and wonderfully kind maintenence gentleman at the facility. Easy to get assistance when needed.
POOR communication and fraudulent billing. I rented 2 units for my daughter and she only had need of one unit. We both have tried for over a week to get resolution to this problem with absolutely no help from this company. Out of 8 phone calls to them in one week, only one has been returned from the supposed site Manager who said nothing could be done and we would have to continue to pay for 2 units because of "a problem with their system" or have to completely move into another unit which isn't feasible. The new management at Gem City Storage are great people to work with. They are helpful and accommodating to your situation. They are always pleasant. And they get back to you when you call!! Whatever problems that do come up, they try to resolve them in a positive fashion for the tenants.
