If I could leave negative stars I would! This is the biggest joke of a company I have ever seen or dealt with. How are you still in business?
Had the company come out to investigate a leak. Company went on the roof, caulked a few lines around the pipe jack, and called it good. They did not do a water test to ascertain where the leak was coming from, nor did they test to ensure the leak was stopped. After they left, it rained and the leak was still there. I called and asked them to come back and fix the leak that was not fixed the first time. I was told it would be a different estimate since they had to go back out. They told me that they would NOW do a water test.... read more
Had them out this spring 3 times over 2 months for estimates on a couple missing shingles. After all the back and forth ended up ghosting me on the repair.
