I haven't had my inspection yet, but the call center lady was hard to hear because of so much movement in the background and when I mentioned it she didn't even acknowledge it so I missed half of what she was saying and she got upset every time I asked her to repeat herself. Very rude and unprofessional. At the end, she mumbled something and hung up on me. I'll fet my inspection, but that may be all. I'll update if I use them for removal.
