Fast, efficient, and honest. They came over right away when my basement was in the process of flooding and saved us from a lot of water damage. Good people all around.
With the holidays coming, these guys are the ones to call if anything happens.
The staff at GEM are friendly and helpful. I'm always able to schedule our appointments quickly and they are on time! On one occasion we had a busted bathroom pipe and small flooding through our carpeted hallway and they were able to help us out with our unforeseen emergeny. We don't call anyone else for our carpet and furniture cleaning needs.
They came and helped out during the Mesa floods a couple of years ago. Even though they were really busy, they came out quick and did a great job. I could not recommend them enough.
