I had such a great experience at Gem Beauty Lounge! Khadine did my pedicure and she was absolutely lovely—so kind and attentive. The owner, Shari, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The bohemian-themed décor is beyond cute and gives the whole place such a relaxing vibe. I tried the Jelly Pedi and it was heavenly—so soothing and enjoyable. My toes came out perfect! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a little self-care.

Grace my stylist was very professional and great at what she do! Shop was beautiful and everyone was a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend!

Did my lashes at this location a few days ago because my usual lash tech was full. My eyes have been red since I did them, I wake up every morning with cold matting my eyes almost shut and my left eye itches like hell. And I keep feeling stuff in my eyes all throughout the day. I definitely would not recommend this place based on my experience they were cheaper than my usual girl but I now understand why. Ive NEVER had this issue before, and im super disappointed. I went to Gem Beauty for the first time and I must say I will be a repeat customer, customer service was great, I got my hair detox for the first time and it was such a good feeling, my stylist was very attentive and my locs was very well taken care of. I would recommend them you won't be disappointed.
