My car battery light came on on a weekend in Auckland and after I drove it to an AA service centre, they told me I would not be going anywhere until I got my alternator replaced. They quoted me over $1k just to get it checked on MONDAY. Mind you even insurance was not working and took 3 hours to organise a tow. By then, I was already in touch with the lads from GEM. Avoid this place.
Please don't go here. People who work here are so bad . Worst customer service ever. Parked my car at the back and one of the guy who worked there didn't even tell me to move the car . He just took reverse with another car and hit my car bumper. And said abusive words. Please don't go if you need to be treated with respect.
