Gem auto is really a gem among all other autocentres. The boss is an amazing person. Very kind,polite,helpful and friendly. He gets the job done on time. Genuine staff just like the boss. I'm a regular customer there. I took two of my cars for service and repair. Job was done perfectly. My cars are running good. I would recommend any one to go to this autocentre. It's a gem indeed. 💎

Excellent service from the guys at GEM as always. Dropped my car off a day before it was booked in as was easier due to shift pattern, the guys had a job cancelled and jumped straight on to mine (front wheel bearing and rear spring) Always done a good job, no nonsense or messing about, top notch all round Just have to add this as well. The wife's car had a noise from front passenger wheel, suspected wheel bearing. My mother dropped her car 5 mins late because of traffic he told her she's put him behind now and can do it until 11am this was 905 am right attitude .my mother is 77 who speaks like that so I went in and said what's the attitude about she's just 5mins late it couldn't be helped he then said the same to me he had nine cars Infront of her well he shouldn't have put so many then after I told him he said iam not going to do it now .ok I did then call him a prick I was so mad .never Eva so there again the last owner was a lovely... read more
