Brought my watch in to get it repaired, Anita couldn’t have been more helpful, I had the wrong links and left it with her for the jeweller to take a look. Anita called me next day to explain that she had put a note in with my watch with all the info I needed to find the parts for my watch. When I came into the store the lovely lady who served me ( I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was equally as helpful and she wouldn’t even let me pay for their troubles. Highly recommend this store. Fantastic!
On Sunday my little 4 year old boy wanted to buy my birthday present from here. We were assisted my Anita, she was wonderful in helping him pick what he wanted to get me, sitting him down at the table and making him feel so grown up and special while also sticking to his budget. It will be the most wonderful memory for him. Thank you Anita for your help
The experience at Gem-Array was absolutely fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had my engagement and wedding rings resized, replated and diamonds checked and replaced along with another dress ring that was also resized etc. the workmanship is beautiful and I am so happy with both. Definitely recommend. Thank you ☺️ will definitely be back!
