Your driver with the license plate OM1266 number 448 try to run me off the road this morning on Wayside Road in Tinton Falls. We were in two separate lanes turning into one lane, my entire car was more than 5 feet ahead of the ambulance once it turned into one lane he sped up and turn his wheel towards my car as if to veer me off the road. My wife was 2 1/2 hours late for a very important doctor appointment to see the surgeon that did her brain surgery. Was set up way in advance by the rehab center ! After then I called for them to pick her up to transfer her back to the rehab over hour ahead of time ! No one showed up I called back they were gonna let her wait an hour to an hour and a half in a hallway! I had to arrange other transportation for her. You guys should be embarrassed for yourself! Do not use this company to transport a family member. They left us for over 2 hours. Waiting for a pickup after a doctors appointment.
This transport system is pathetic, leave a patient waiting two and three hours to be picked up from dialysis after a particular time is being told they would be there. Then they don't have transport for patients and stretchers and they charge the patient for the type of transport and they don't charge the insurance company which is what they should be doing in the first place if I could not use a transport service I wouldn't.
This company needs to be ended. Their ambulance drivers are careless, unprofessional, and should not be in this type of work. At around 7:55pm a Vehicle of theirs (Plates ending 5647) was dodging between cars recklessly. They changed lanes and cut me off while speeding up to then run the red light at l cuthbert & park. Their emergency lights and sirens were not on. Around 7:58pm I ended up at the light on cuthbert & haddon (left lane) and i see them in the right lane at the same Red light, waiting.
