This place is truly special and a wonderful find. We appreciated the conversation ahead of taking our booking to check for any needs. The ambience was wonderful, service impeccable and food delicious. As well as being delicious it was a spectacle. The attention to the presentation made it a very special evening and we will definitely be back
We enjoyed the ten-course surprise tasting menu, and every course was a real pleasure. The flavours were clean, beautifully balanced and thoughtfully put together, with each dish offering something different and keeping us excited for the next course. Excellent experience
We had a fantastic meal at Gem 42. The restaurant is small with interesting decor and good ambience. The service was excellent and friendly, with really good attention to detail. The food is all served as a tasting menu, with no physical menus to choose from. They have an ethos of serving local, seasonal food. There were plenty of little "extras" as well as the courses.
