Customer service was excellent. They were able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone and directed me to a simple procedure that fixed the problem.
Dealt with them in the winter. It wasn't an easy problem to solve and they worked to trouble shoot it. Haven't had an issue with my furnace yet. Highly recommend them!
