Called to have a prescription sent over to CVS on a Monday. Called back on Thursday and it still hasn't been sent in. The quality of service is not what it used to be.
I called my PCP Dr. Gelman Gennady on a Monday morning, regarding a kidney infection. It is now Thursday afternoon, and I have been waiting in the ER waiting room for over 3 hours. My "Doctor" refused to call in a prescription, wanted to send out more tests, have blood work done and chalked my symptoms up to covid.
