Last fall I called Gellings to get a window replacement quote. It is now March and I have not heard back. Since I don't know this company well, I chose to replace a small section of windows, a double and a triple window, in the living room. A rep came out. Nice guy. Took measurements. Then he came back with three samples a couple weeks later. He said he'd look into my questions. I said I would be able to do the job in January, this was October.
