Charge me for an emergency visit when it wasn't. Just taking out a fragment of a tooth that they had pulled the previous month
Horrible sanitation practices...doesn't switch gloves between patients. Very bad 'bedside manner', and no concern for patient comfort.
I have been going to this dentist office since I was a baby. I had miss an appointment due to being mandated at work. I just started my career in law enforcement I don’t not have a choice if I’m mandated, I am mandated. I got a letter in the mail stating I need to find someone else that has better hours for me they will not be taking me anymore and they will send me my dental final immediately.
