Appt was a 11 am got here at 9:30 am and they unloaded me right away, if your coming here follow other truckers advise and get on 94 exit off sibley blvd and then turn left to burnham ave and about .4 miles is the right turn to riverside,it is tight so grab both lanes, make sure your tandems or all the way to the front, tight in here has well, if you but it on maps pin point to riverside.

For the smoothest experience, Slide your tandems to the rear before entering. Secondly possess the ability to read and understand English. (YOU ARE IN AMERICA). If these steps are followed this will be an easy and relaxed experience for you.

As others said, tight turn with a very large curb to get to facility. Besides that, delivered and picked up same day, and was done with both in 2.5 hours. Very easy and pleasant experience

The turn onto riverside is tight, but when you get there, even if gate is open like it was for me, don't park in employee parking. Got there, multiple trucks parked in employee parking, thought " maybe this is where they have us parking". It was not, the parking is take left sign says wait until told to proceed, wait at that stop sign until told otherwise. If you park in wrong spot they will just make you sit there until your in the right spot. Even tho I parked wrong employee was nice to inform me of the correct way. I leav... read more
