WASTED MOST OF MY AFTERNOON KNOWING THIS GUY WAS COMING only to be told "I don't do repair work, I thought you wanted your whole house sided". I am pretty sure I mentioned the repair work during the initial phone call, even if I didn't IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A BUSINESS OWNER or foreman TO LET YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS KNOW WHAT JOBS YOU ARE AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN BEFORE THEY WASTE THEIR TIME, AND ON TOP OF IT NOW I HAVE TO CALL ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AND WAIT FOR THEM ETC when I could have already probably had the work sc... read more
Ken Gelinas is not only a craftsman, he is the type of guy that when he is working on your house you wish he would purchase the house next door. He is a sincere, community minded person, who has worked on nearly every house in my neighborhood. Once Ken started on our house, we were so enamored by the uplift the house was receiving, we asked him if he could expand the original scope of the contract (which was to side our entire house) by also replacing the outside doors and all of our windows.
