I have found Joel to be knowledgeable, kind and caring. He*s willing to listen and has tried to help me with a difficult and debilitating medical issue. I appreciate that he isn't afraid to admit if he doesn't know something and will find the best referral possible. Although I was sent to him temporarily through my job, I plan to continue to see him as needed. I appreciate that he spends an adequate amount of time with me and doesn't make me feel like I'm intruding on his time.
